Graham Nickson

Hertford Sele ward

Graham was elected to represent Sele Ward in May 2023 and is the Leader of the Labour Group. He has lived in Sele Ward for more than 20 years with his partner. Their son and daughter grew up in here, attending Hollybush and Sele Schools.

Graham is Chair of the Personnel subcommittee for Hertford Town Council and is a member of the Finance, Policy and Administration Committee and the Environmental Sustainability Working Party.

Graham works for UNISON, the trade union, as a Case Officer supporting union members who work for Hertfordshire County Council. He has been a member of the Labour Party for more than 35 years.
